Terms & Conditions to advertise @ assaha.ca

Assaha.ca finds it necessary to point out the following:

Assaha.ca holds the right to the definition of what is appropriate or not appropriate and suitable to be included in our advertising area.

Assaha.ca can not be held liable by any party for the materials (pictures or information) displayed by our paying advertisers inside their banners by the visitors or any third party.

Assaha.ca is not responsible for any material that appears inside the pages on the advertiser’s web sites.

Assaha.ca is not responsible for the correctness or accuracy of the adverts.

Assaha.ca expect visitors to our site to refrain from clicking any material that they could perceive as possibly offensive to their taste or beliefs, well being or culture. Accordingly the visitor to our site holds the sole responsibility to the consequences of their actions

Assaha.ca is not responsible for errors in content or omissions. Should an error appear in an advertisement, Assaha.ca liability will be nil. Under no circumstances will Assaha.ca be liable for loss of income or profits or any consequential damages

The terms of this contract apply to any advertiser on the assaha.ca, or any advertisement placed on the assaha.ca even if a copy of this contract does not accompany such advertiser/advertisement. This contract will have precedence over any and all advertiser insertion orders or order forms, whether signed by the advertiser or not. By placing advertising on the assaha.ca , advertiser agrees to be bound by the terms of this contract.

Assaha.ca in no way accept advertising that endorses gambling, pornography, spam or illegal activities, if you find any such materials in our banners please bring it to our attention, and this constitutes the limit to your acceptable and allowed actions.

Assaha.ca reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit or exclude any advertisement for any reason at any time, with or without notice to the advertiser, and whether or not such advertisement was previously acknowledged, accepted or published.

Assaha.ca does not accept any advertisements of a sexual nature or any advertisements that link to sites featuring sexually explicit content. In addition, assaha.com reserves the right to reject any advertisement, which in assaha.com sole opinion, is deemed offensive to our Arab culture.

Assaha.ca will not be liable for any delays in delivery and/or non-delivery in the event of an act of God, action by any government entity, network difficulties, electronic malfunction, etc. or any condition beyond the control of assaha.com affecting production or delivery in any manner.

No cancellations or refunds are allowed on advertisement contracts once the advertisement schedule has commenced

Advertiser may cancel any advertisement contract at least 10 business days prior to advertisement schedule without incurring any penalties.  Assaha.com will fully refund all prepaid fees, less any administrative charge and any applicable bank wire charges. 

  If payments are not made on a timely basis, assaha.com may exercise its right     to terminate the Contract
